Sherwood School District Superintendent Jeremy Lyon said he's pleased with the passage of five-year local option levy, which saves teaching and classified personnel jobs.

As early returns Tuesday night, May 16, showed Sherwood School District voters supporting a local option levy, Jeremy Lyon joined others in a pre-victory celebration.

The Sherwood schools superintendent said he’s extremely happy he can inform almost 50 teachers and support staff they don’t have to worry about being laid off.
